Shipping Rates
- Free shipping on orders over $75
- $5.99 flat rate on orders under $75
- $15 express shipping
Processing Times
Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days
Some items may ship directly from our partners and can take a bit longer. We’ll be sure to keep you updated along the way.
If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages. We promise they’re all worth the wait.
Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.

Kindred & Kin is built on curation, not mass inventory.
That means some pieces come straight from the makers and brands we partner with. It allows us to bring you better, more unique finds without sitting on excess stock.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-returnable items
- Opened or used bath and body products
- Insider Edit pieces
Return shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Damaged or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged or not quite right, email us at hello@kindredandkin.com within 5 days of delivery. We’ll make it right.
