We ship from a mix of our Atlanta studio and the trusted brand partners we work with around the world, so your order might travel from a few different corners of the globe before it lands on your doorstep.

Shipping Rates

  • Free shipping on orders over $75
  • $5.99 flat rate on orders under $75
  • $15 express shipping

Processing Times

Orders typically ship within 1 to 2 business days. Some pieces ship directly from our partners and can take a little longer to arrive. We'll keep you posted along the way.

If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages. We promise every piece is worth the wait.

You'll get a tracking email as soon as your order ships.

A quick note on how we ship

Kindred & Kin is built on curation, not mass inventory. That means some pieces come straight from the makers and brands we partner with. It's how we're able to bring you better, more unique finds without sitting on excess stock. Good things are worth a little patience.

Returns

We want you to love what you ordered. If something's not quite right, we accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Let us know the reason for your return when you reach out

Non-returnable items

  • Opened or used bath and body products
  • Insider Edit pieces
  • Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned

Return shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Exception: if your item arrived damaged or incorrect, we cover the cost of shipping

Damaged or incorrect items

We're so sorry if something arrived damaged or not quite right. Email us at hello@kindredandkin.com within 5 days of delivery and we'll make it right, including the cost of shipping.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A quick photo of the issue

Exchanges

Want a different size, color, or item entirely? Email us at hello@kindredandkin.com and we'll work with you to manage the exchange and get the right piece in your hands. All shipping costs for exchanges are covered by the customer.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take extra time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
