At Kindred & Kin, every order is prepared with intention. As a small business, we take great care in packaging and shipping your pieces so they arrive safely and beautifully.

Processing Times

  • Ready-to-ship items: 2–4 business days
  • Pre-order and made-to-order pieces: Ship once production is complete (usually 10–14 weeks depending on the artisan). Production timelines are always listed on the product page.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States only. We hope to expand internationally as we grow.

Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier rates.

Returns

We want you to love the pieces you bring home. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Return Window
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
Because many of our offerings are handcrafted, limited edition, or made-to-order, certain items may be marked final sale. This will always be clearly stated on the product page.

How to Start a Return
Please email hello@kindredandkin.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item(s)
  • A brief note about the reason for your return

Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions. At this time, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We’ll replace or refund the item as quickly as possible. Your happiness is our priority.
