Bombchel was founded by Archel Bernard, who designs for the baddies of the world and backs it up with a women-run factory in Liberia.

The Carnival Wheel fan is handcrafted in Ghana - four bold wax print panels, each with its own graphic pattern, united in one dazzling circular design. Finished with a leather-wrapped handle and attached loop.
